Modify the parameters of Yearly Marketing spending and other spending, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Life Time Value), and opening balance (in purple) in the 'Yearly view' Sheet as needed. Use our preset sample scenarios for inspiration - but be careful, because they'll override your input. *Note: All current inputs are made up values. You can also change the assumed cohort's growth pace at the bottom of the 'Cohorts Sheet'. | |||||||
9 | 3. Now that you have a basic version in place, it's time to start adding complexity ๐. Add existing cohorts if you have them. Try adding other cost factors, such as salespeople salary or costs of hosting. Or add collection in addition to revenue to calculate cash flow and "real" rule of X.
