7 | The character may pick pocket from a target without inflicting harm on them or even being noticed, this ability may be used in battle but then the monster cannot be looted by an ability that would gather materials. The ability may extend to NPCs, but if the character is caught then they will not gain the item. It is possible that townships/cities will also deal with the character by a fine, negative social consequence, or prison time but this is up to GM discretion. | ||||||||

In battle, if the character uses the ability then they gain +1 intiative, this lasts for the amount of rounds that the resulting roll exceeds the topography TN. This counts as an action for the purpose of battle. | ||||||||
