The seams are perfect, the triple cap is very large and well applied, and the wrapper is beautiful with a brick red hue. " -Alan (Eulogy)90"None of the notes are overpowering but the foot has a nice amount of natural tobacco sweetness. The predraw and foot both share a baking spice, hay, and a subdued barnyard. " -Alan (Eulogy)92.5Mild-MediumMedium"Leather and oak are front and center of the profile. The draw could be a little looser but is acceptable. As the flavors develop, I start finding baking chocolate, black pepper, leather, and baking spice. Everything just works in tandem and seems to just work. " -Alan (Eulogy)95Mild-MediumMedium"The draw has improved a lot from the first third and the smoke quality is fantastic now. There is a little more of a dominate oak profile this third but the profile is still pretty balanced. I still get leather, rich tobacco, pepper, baking spice, and chocolate like the first third but everything has a richer note to it. " -Alan (Eulogy)95Medium-StrongMedium-Full"Everything has become far more rich in profile. Leather, pepper, chocolate, and rich tobacco are still there but play a more supporting role." -Alan (Eulogy)92.5"The draw started out a little too tight choking the smoke output and making a bit of a chore. After the first third it opened up and was perfect. The smoke became dense and creamy really changing the entire experience. " -Alan (Eulogy)95"There is nothing to nitpick here. I never needed to do any touch ups or relight and burned pretty straight. The ash was something to behold as it held inches at a time. " -Alan (Eulogy)95"Even though it wasn't exactly a vitola I would reach for it looked perfectly constructed. The seams were perfect, the cap was large, and I couldn't find any soft spots prelight. It just looks well made. " -Alan (Eulogy)95"This just kept getting better as I smoked. A perfectly applied triple cap tops it off. " -James H. (Keikan Jim)92.5"The aroma does not jump off this cigar but it has a nice sweetness with some baking spice and milk chocolate scents." -James H. (Keikan Jim)85MediumMedium-Full"Once cut, I get a nice draw with just a touch more resistance than I prefer. Its not tight though and does allow air to pass. There is a nice earthy mustiness to the dry draw. After a lengthy toast the cigar lit evenly. The first draw was very harsh and musty. It has a strong earthy character to be sure. So far I'm not sure about this one. As the first third progressed, the mustiness continues and overpowers any other flavors that may be there. The burn is good however, so I'll continue on. " -James H. (Keikan Jim)87.5Medium-StrongMedium-Full"the mustiness of the first third has dissipated slightly and it has allowed a cedar woodsy note to enter the mix.
