4	THIS APPLICATION APPLIES FOR ALL THREE ROUNDS OF THE SANTA CLARA FUND
5	All registered Club Sports are eligible to request monies from the Santa Clara Fund. Please complete this petition in its entirety – incomplete forms may not be considered

9	1. Plan details and select Club Sport team rep as fundraising leader 2. Complete and submit SCF Funding Petition to the Club Sports Office by deadline 3. Receive email confirmation, project approval after review by Club Sports Staff 4. Contact the Development Office and schedule time to pick up letters or discuss project 5. Pick up letters, complete thank you letters, or start project 6. Contact the Development to drop off completed letters, or approved project by deadline 7. Development Office will update the Club Sports Staff with fundraising project completion information 8. Funds to be awarded will be transferred to your Club Sport team account
