1	The Covered Building List (CBL) is an attempt to capture all of the buildings in Evanston that are required to report based on the ordinance (33-O-16). If your building does not appear on the CBL but meets the ordiances requirements then your building is required to report and follow the ordinance.

8	Verificaiton is required on the first year a building reports and every 3rd year.
