Do not edit these cells!These are the cells which autofill or within which calculations take place. In general, do not edit them! There are several shades of orange throughout the sheets. Did I mention: DO NOT EDIT THEM?

Label cellsThese cells label other cells. Best not to change them as they are used in calculstion filters. Usually light or dark grey. You can change the names of the sheets at the bottom to terms that may resonate more for you - but don't do so unless you really need to as it makes updates to your specific sheet quite hard.

This is a detailed spreasheeet made up of many worksheets - most of which are linked to at least one other. You are welcome to edit this as you see fit, but a change in one place can make changes elsewhere so be careful!

Worksheets names and tabs are found at the bottom of the page. I've tried to group worksheets together by colour if they are closely related

This spreadsheet can account for the production of 25 different crops. Although relevant at all scales, it is probably most effective and accurate at small to mid-scale production of 100-500 trays per week.

Many sections in the spreadsheet, such as this one, are grouped together so the rows can collapse and essentially be hidden. This helps reduce the amount of information on your screen at any given time and can make filling out and reading the spreadsheet a lot easier. Look for + and - symbols along the left hand side and the top of the sheet to collapse and expand sections.

Measurements in this spreadsheet are in metric for easy conversions. Sorry America. But you can use oz and pounds as well!
