Sit down for an hour and Pulse Test at least 10 suspect foods

Sit on a chair comfortably, set timer anywhere from 5-35 minutes. Breathe slow and deep and the “task” is to let everything be as it is, all thoughts, feelings, arisings.

3 Personal Inventory – set timer every hour, write down what you were thinking about See me for details and protocol in full

4 Eat 8 hours of the day only, example start at 9AM – last meal 5PM

5 Skip Dinner 1-3 nights – have liquid meal instead, or herbal tea

7 Mono diet – eat only one thing all day: Ideas = green apple, carrot, grapes, berries, raw milk, yogurt, kefir, bone broth, raw fresh nut milk

8 “Rest Practice.” Try a one-day fast, rest as much as possible – the goal is not to move much
