This form must be properly completed and signed by all parties, by any school opting to participate in a higher class in a specific sport and submitted to the Section 2 Office for approval:

Note: Any school (public, private, parochial, special act or charter) may opt to play 
11
            up by submitting an application to the Section 2 Administrative Assistant 
12
            and the Sport Coordinator ten (10) days prior to the start of the season.  Once
13
            the application has been approved to Classify Up, they will be subject to the
14
            “Re-Classification Down” Guidelines.
