TIPS for SCORING:

1. Score each Scenario on a separate tab (you can click on the tab at the bottom of the screen).

YELLOW
Boxes require your input. They turn white when scoring requirements are satisfied.

•BLUE
Boxes will automatically calculate for you, you CANNOT enter anything in a
BLUEbox.

You will only use the number of tabs needed to complete a packet of evaluations.

Save the file often, especially after you have scored each scenario so that you don't lose any scores.

2. Select the Division at the top of the Scenario 1 tab only.

The drop down arrow will appear to the right of the box when you select that yellow box.

3. Enter the Scenario ID and the Scenario Title at the top of each Scenario tab before scoring.

4. Complete the scoring process for each element of the rubric. Provide appropriate comments at the bottom of the score sheet.

5. After completing a score sheet, review the score sheet for any
YELLOW
boxes. A completed score sheet will have no remaining
YELLOW

When you have scored each Scenario you can go to the Summary tab to review total score and rank for each one.

Scenario tabs that do not have a Scenario ID entered will display "False" under Scenario ID.

Scores that are tied will be highlighted red. Please review and break ties.

Ranks will automatically calculate based on scores.

Any boxes highlighted red in the Reviewer Check section should be examined for appropriateness.

WHEN FINISHED SCORING:

Confirm that scoring for all Scenarios in the packet are completed within a single Excel file.

Save file.

Submit to Evaluation Director as instructed.
