Substitutions
During mandated substitution periods 5 min mark of each quarter During mandated substitution periods- 5 minute mark of each quarter. Exceptions are last 5 minutes of the game during a time out

Playoffs SubstitutionsMay sub during last 2 mins of the game and only if a timeout is called (Playoffs ONLY)

Playing Time RequirementsAll players must play a minimum of four full 5 minute periods (half the game) Official Book MUST keep periods played for each player All players must sit out at least One 5 minute period (unless the team only has 5 players)
Late arriving players must meet the minimum playing time requirement if at all possible

ClockFour 10 min. quarters. - Running Clock except last 2 mins of the game for all whistles (will not stop if a team is up by 20 pts or more, until decreased to 15 points or less).
Clock runs while shooting fouls shots. Clock stops on time-outs, mid-qtr. substitutions and by Ref for injuries or other purposes

OvertimeUp to (2) 3 minute Overtimes (if needed)– Running Clock until last 1 min stops on all whistles and dead balls
Regular Season games limited to 1 OT period

TimeoutsOne full 60 seconds and two 30 second per half (unused timeouts in the first half do not carry over to second half or overtime)
Overtime-each team allowed one full & one 30 second

Free Throws
10 Feet All Players shoot a one and one FT at Halftime. Each team shoots same amount of attempts15 feet (regulation)

Other Key Information

*Home Team wears White Jersey, keeps the official Scorebook and provides game ball

*Visiting Team wears Dark Jersey, keeps the Clock, and gym cleanup including putting away clock if last game

*Home Team reports scores to commissioner (they have official score in the official book)

*Official Book will include- official score, timeouts, personal fouls, and total team fouls for bonus

*Clean up gyms and remove water bottles after last game.

*Official book must sit with the clock in the center of the gym

*Minimum 4 players to start game

*Coaches should have roster (Player, Name, and Uniform #) ready and in book as soon as possible
