The top one in B23 is always based on E14 and does not change when SteamVR Resolution Per Eye % is changed because this value is global and applies to all games. The idea being you wouldn't change this value just for DCS, you would instead change the Custom Resolution Multiplier to affect it instead. The bottom calculation B24 is base on a constant Resolution Per Eye of 100% (this was added due to some confusion on the first)
