The unique ID can be anything as long as it is unique to each employee. You can use their employee number, or simply start at 1 and

continue through the numbers as shown in the sample

The 'Licence Name' column should stay blank unless we have asked you to use this column instead of 'Draw Name'

Your 'Draw Name' will normally be numbered starting with 'Draw 1'

- You can confirm your next draw name by clicking edit on your payroll lottery fundraiser from in the dashboard and then choosing

Raffles and 50/50s from the side bar. Your draw name shows beside the date that it will be drawn.

The number of entries is how many tickets/entries to the draw each employee is receiving

- There should only be one row per employee and the number of tickets they have purchased is entered in 'Number of Entries'

- There should be no rows containing '0' in 'Number of Entries'

- Emails are not required, but you must leave the box blank if there is no email. Entries such as 'NA' are not valid.
