Biotage Assigned Solvent StrengthHow to read: If you want to find a Hexanes:Et2O mixture with roughly same strength as a 20% EtOAc in Hexanes first look for the strength of your starting mixture (in this case 0.13) and then look for entries in your desired mixture column with similar strength (25% Et2O in Hexanes = 0.12 30% Et2O in hexanes = 0.14 so optimal is likely ~27.5% Et2O in hexanes
