01. Please read the form fully before filling.

02. This form has been devised to suit a manufacturing concern. It should be used with suitable modifications for Trading activities,

Stores accounts etc., or otherwise suitably adopted to meet any special requirements of the particular activity.

03. Section II of this form should be used for estimating the requirements under "Commercial Advance", apart from furnishing

the relevant information on page 7 under "Limits of Advance Account".

04. All pages of this form should be filled, where applicable.

05. The Estimates should be prepared with extreme care and should give full information to enable limits consistent with the planned

level of operation to be fixed.

06. In the event of any difficulty in filling the form,the Public Enterprises Division of the Treasury should be consulted.
