Very nice horse with potential for improved scores. Rider is working very hard with seat causing horse to hollow separating back and front ends and creating hollowness. Rider needs to develop more independent seat so that reins can be softer and more forward to the horse rather than back and pulling. Horse is behind driving aids because of the disconnect front and back. Try to use more leg aids and less seat/rein aids to allow horse to stretch more over the back and find the way down to the hand rather than up.
