Dispite it does not have a strong moat or a remarkable intangible asset, the company´s circle of competencd is in a growing industry, in a solid industry: healthcare; dispite of being a grow stock, it counts with a good steake of cash for it being benefited from covid-19; it has resources to deploy in the oncoming years, it has low debt and a strong management. FOR me, yhis is a bussine that make sense, and the acquisitions it has made are envisioned by the new trends that telehealth will bring thantks to the new global perseption heired by covid-19 and quarentines.
