1	World (2050 ish)	Our world with some major differences -In the distant past, more similar to a classical fantasy world (magic, dragons, knights etc) -however something happened that changed it to more medivial fantasy and then progressed from there like normal to standard world and most was lost to history -magic largely died out, but most people retained mana, unknown largely to what it was or what it did -strange incidents happen where people seemingly were able to manafest power or others who were able to read and understand these strange texts found throught the world -around 150 years ago this started becoming more common for people to have, to either to be rejected or accepted, becomning a massive issue -100 years in Arkadis city was founded, becoming a massive city that attraced many espers in an attempt to become a save haven -75 years ago mana was researched and the term engimages was founded -70 years, the first spell code was created casuing the "calamity"	30% Espers 10% Able to read Mystic 1.5% Both 40% Able to Channel Mana

3	Arkadis City	A massive fucking city, that is the empicenter of everything and everyone in its country. Has a dissportionate amount of espers.	Slightly Futuristic but realistic, with a very slight cyberpunk vibe	San FranTokyo (Big Hero Six)	-My Hero Academia -Chain Saw Man -Bungou Stray Dogs -GTA -Cyber Punk
4	Old City	The previous part of the city that was destroyed in the calamity, was taken back by nature. The poorest of the poor live here often dejected by society			- Keing Guild Wars 2, -Aborstone

6	Arkadis City Police Force	Main Police Force of the City, split into different divisions. D4 being Anti-Esper Acitivities. This is where the main "cast" of characters take place. Other important Division is D2 which is medical, treaing offcers aswell as on scene injuries (Ray is here)	Inspired both by large police forces (LAPD, NYPD, etc) aswell as Chainsaw man and their Special Forces Division		-Chainsaw Man -Bungou Stray Dogs

8	Gild Tavern Nightclub	A powerful faction who does covert objects, to what end that is unkown. Powerful and dangerous but also the owners of the largest entertainment area of the city. A mystery but one most people flock to in hopes of having fun and discovering something interest	Founded by Gold and her father, Black. They were immensly poor and taken aside by society as her father did not have an ability to contribute to society and their mother dying early in her life. After awakening her (quite powerful) ability and a very scewed perception of society she was able to turn her situation almost entiely around becoming this stable individual who owned a small bar in the city with a small but dedicated group of staff who also did not have powers in an attempt to get a better place in society. This was until she somehow/ someway obtained the Gem of Authority. which skyrockted and lead to the creation of the Nightclub and its success	Is staffed by those included in the knight and regular employees, all without abilities purposefully. The main 19 Staff handle the day to day activies either being leaders of the regular staff or handling jobs on their own. -Resturant -Servers -Bar -Servers -Club -DJ -Dancers -Bodyguards -Secretarians -Leader -Outliner	Inspired by classic fairy tales of beautiful princesses and elegant knights, Power rangers

10	Nightshade	Religous organisation who wasnts rid espers from the world Secret. They are lead and funded by the 12, who all have different believes and actions. It is a very fractured organization that is only truly head together by the 1st seat, who is secretly a very powerful esper.	Full of hypocrisy and underhanded goals, some leaders truly believe that espers are the sin of the earth, but some leaders view espers as a tool to assert their will, even employing espers to do so.
