(Clarification statement: Students should be able to analyze motion graphs, but students should not be expected to calculate velocity or acceleration.) I am learning about relationships between speed and distance, and velocity and acceleration.So I can identify patterns in motion graphs.I know I have learned it when I can analyze motion graphs.

S8P3b. Construct an explanation using Newton’s Laws of Motion to describe the effects of balanced and unbalanced forces on the motion of an object. I am learning about Newton’s First Law of Motion.
