* Enter overall weekly milestones you'll have to meet for each main project/area/topic in your business, if you're to make your goals above happen.
* Take into account the progress you intend to make from week to week.
* As you get further into the planning for future weeks try your best to estimate what work you'll need to do. It's far away, & as you get closer you'll have a better idea of the more specific tasks you'll need to do. But in the beginning, try to add as much detail as possible.
* Assign the following for each deliverable on your list:

- owner
- deadline
- duration
- to-do list - if the task can be broken down into smaller executables.
- done criteria - how will you know this task is complete?

MON* Break down the weekly milestones into daily deliverables if you need to. I do this using Google Calendar* Insert extra rows for each day as you need them (depending on the number of single tasks you have to complete)
