Results to be reviewed by leadership teams in each school. Community to be included in the TLCC survey twice a year to gauge climate and give input to school systems (October and March). STUCO at the HS sends emails to students for feedback and email to principals is encouraged in other schools. 2023-2026Student councils from all 3 schools have an agenda time with the school board. Students will participate character counts group will begin in January of 2023 at the elementary. Multi-cultural will have representation from students in January. High School encourages participation in a multitude of clubs. Middle school has sources of strength and a variety of other clubs. All will be in play by January of 2023.

Building BACs will utilize progress monitoring tools and data to guide decision-making. 4. By end September 2026, 100% of teachers will be trained in growth mindset strategies and use language in line with a growth mindset in the classroom. Teachers will help facilitate students’ development of their own growth mindset, so that 80% of our students show 10% improvement on growth mindset score and academics by the end of semester 1 and an additional 10% improvement by the end of semester two.Begin student cohorts to teach Growth Mindset lessons by the end of September. Continue cohorts for a total of at least six meetings per year so students have an opportunity to set and review goals and monitor their own academic and social growth. Each teacher is provided with posters with “catchphrases” for Growth Mindset. Students are rewarded for using GM language when discussing their academic and social-emotional progress.Curriculum Director will determine district resources to be used and create a training team. Resource have been provided. Training and implementation across different venues needs to be worked out and reintroduced in a meaningful way. The summer of 2025 can be utilized by administration to develop a plan.Review with Multicultural committee Spetember 2023 to begin to integrate with Character Counts pillars. Growth Mindset will be on the admin retreat agenda in July of 2024 and will be addressed at the building level. Building common vocabulary within the Character Counts pillars is an area that will be focused on.Date changed to August 2023 to plan and review growth mindset training and curriculum.
