1	Email from Ryan: "I noticed that Guzzle has already been handing us the php version data in our updates. This is what we see for October, and is just a "number of unique ip's/php version combinations" so, there might be some things obscured, but I think it gives us a good picture of the scale of where we're at with php 5. Feel free to send on to whomever else I didnt think to email."

45		There are several examples of many versions of php all being served from the same IP. (???)
46		This only counts data with 'Guzzle' in the User Agent, which is d8.
47		Some d8 sites were lacking a Drupal Version, and as such about 7390 sites didnt match a php version.
