To identify the net FASTER County or Retail Delivery fee distribution, please review FASTER FY Cities report or Retail Delivery Fee FY Cities report. Per Colorado Revised Statute 43-4-209, the HUTF HOLD payment will be released when the requirements have been met. After 6 months, the HUTF HOLD will be released to County.
