| Acid Snow | (Frosted Cherry’Os S3 | Granite Haze) | Frosted Cherry’Os S4 | Indica | 10-13 oz 283-368g | 65-75 days | Acid Snow is unlike any of the other strains on our menu, for one very specific reason. In order to explain that reason, we have to talk a little bit about our breeding process. Like most breeders, we use a chemical called Silver Thiosulfate (STS) as a part of our breeding process, to “reverse” the sex of certain female plants. Those reversed plants produce feminized pollen, which we collect in order to pollinate specific batches of females. It’s all pretty standard, but there are some things that make our process a little bit different from most other breeders. Instead of reversing entire plants from female to male, we designate specific branches on each pollen-donor “Dad” to be treated with the STS. Only those treated branches produce will pollen sacs, while the rest of the plant lives it’s life as a completely normal female. Once the reversed branches reach maturity and begin to produce pollen, we use some trade-secret techniques to collect the pollen without any cross contamination. That pollen is often used to create the next generation of a strain, by applying it to other female plants from the same seed batch. For example, in the case of Granite Haze F4, both the “dad” and the females that it pollinated were all Granite Haze F3. But what happens when the remaining female portion of the “dad” gets treated with it’s own pollen? That’s called self pollination, and instead of creating Granite Haze F4 seeds like the rest of the batch, that single plant will create Granite Haze S4 (the S stands for Self) seeds. At Speedrun, we keep those self pollinated seeds separate throughout each generation, sometimes doing limited releases or sending them out as freebies. In the case of Acid Snow, we ended up crossing the 3rd generation(S3) self pollinated seeds from our Frosted Cherry’Os with the 4th generation (S4) of Granite Haze. Its the only Self Pollinated cross we’ve ever released, and it has some very different characteristics from it’s “cousin” Golden Gun (Frosted Cherry’Os F2 x Granite Haze F5). Acid Snow is extremely vigorous and WILDLY frosty. It’s one of those strains where most people have a hard time even believing it’s an autoflower. It produces lots of dense, golf ball sized flowers are densely caked with trichomes. It also does extremely well when grown outdoors, arguably our strongest outdoor strain to date. The terpene profile is also extremely unique for an autoflower. It will quickly fill your entire house (or back yard) with a heavy, gassy, skunky, burnt tire smell with very distinct notes of sharp, sour, acidic citrus and pine. Those acidic overtones and the insane frost is where Acid Snow gets it’s name. Its a good yielder, but not our highest yielding strain. In good conditions, and when fed well (it’s a very heavy feeder) you can expect yields in the range of ~12 ounces. Acid Snow finishes in 65-75 days, and our strain testers unanimously reported that it has a very sedating effect profile that’s perfect for an evening toke to wind down after a long day.
| Citrus Bubblegum | Granite | Bubble Gum Auto | Sativa Hybrid | 6-14 oz 170-396g | 70-75 Days | Citrus Bubblegum is a cross between our Granite strain, which is a stabilized phenotype of of Bear’s Breath by Dream Beans, and a rare phenotype of a Bubble Gum Auto varietal that we found in 2020 during our mass Autoflower pheno hunts. After intense multi-generational pheno hunting and stabilization, Citrus Bubblegum strain brings that Granite HEAT with intense citrusy, Pine-Sol, blue raspberry, and hazy notes, combined with the unique Bazooka Bubble Gum aroma from that special bubblegum phenotype. This is a favorite strain among our breeding team, and it has quickly become a major crowd favorite since its release in late 2022. Our breeding team absolutely loves this strain’s light, uplifting, ultra-happy and giggly effect profile.
| Dreamcast F2 | Froot Fuel Bx1 | Sapphyre F2 | Indica Dominant Hybrid | 6–12 oz 170-340g | 70-75 Days | Before Orange Portal became our most anticipated and requested restock of a sold-out strain, Dreamcast proudly held that honor. This strain quickly became extremely popular (when the F1 generation was first released) due to its insane frostiness and bag appeal, tight chunky buds and knockout terpene profile. Dreamcast has heavy blueberry notes up front, paired with sour gummy worm, citrus zest, medicinal almost artificial grape, with base notes of fuel and funk that carry through from the Froot Fuel. Dreamcast has a powerfully intoxicating effect profile, making it an excellent before-bed strain, or a perfect option right when you get home after work. You’ll wanna polish off some boxed Mac n’ Cheese and just hang out with your dog on the couch for a few hours before hitting the sack. If you’re a fan of Rainbow Six, the original F1 generation of Dreamcast was created using the exact same Sapphyre pollen so they have actually have one parent in common. Dreamcast has historically been a more compact strain, which makes it an excellent choice if you’re working with a higher plant count or a smaller grow space.
| Fatality | Creme de la Chem | Chunkadelic | Indica Hybrid | 8-17 oz 226-481g | 70-75 Days | Both of FATALITY’s parent strains were part of our 20,000 plant outdoor pheno hunt last year. We’ve been working with each of them since 2019 or 2020, and early on we’d identified some very excellent phenotypes that originally showed up extremely rarely. After 3 or 4 generations of selectively breeding both strains in our indoor facility, we were able to significantly increase the frequency of those Choosing, reversing and pollinating the strongest, frostiest and loudest versions of those phenotypes was one of our objectives for our 2022 outdoor pheno hunt. FATALITY is the result of that multi-year breeding project! It produces beautiful light green, trichome dusted flowers with some serious heft to them. It’s not uncommon to see FATALITY plants nearly collapsing under the weight of their fully loaded branches. It’s got a syrupy sweet terpene profile with hints of clove, black pepper, rubber bands, and starbursts. This girl finishes in about 75 days +/- 5 days, and ABSOLUTELY has a 1 lb+ Yield potential. We’ve had multiple customers pulling over 16 oz with this strain, even before it was officially released!
| Final Boss F2 (Limited Release) | Granite Haze | OO Kush | Hybrid | 9-15 oz 255-425g | 70–80 Days | Final Boss is a cross between our best selling Granite Haze F5 strain, and a rare and extremely frosty phenotype of OO Kush that we’ve stabilized over the course of 4 generations. The original F1 cross is exclusively available as part of our FULL AUTO Nutrient Starter Kits, but as a special treat we’ve decided to do a LIMITED release of the F2 generation. In the second generation of this strain, you can expect to see more phenotypic variance, with a larger range of traits from terpene profile, to plant size, colors, seed to harvest time, but all phenotypes absolutely have a lot of traits in common. Final Boss is one of our fastest growing, frostiest, most terpene drenched autoflower strains on our lineup. It was held back, and only released as part of our FULL AUTO Nutrient Starter Kits, but we’re hoping that releasing the F2 generation in a limited capacity will give more people an opportunity to try this awesome strain. The terpene profile has musky, funky, gassy, almost coffee-like base notes, and overtones of floral haze, pine, and syrupy sweet candy. It can be expected to finish in 70-80 days from seed to harvest. The effect profile is very balanced with Final Boss. It’s definitely an uplifting mood enhancer, but not necessarily a strain that’ll make you want to head to the gym for a workout. It’s great for grabbing a bowl of popcorn and binging on whatever netflix show you’re on at the moment. You might want to grab an extra bowl of that popcorn though, cause this strain absolutely causes some major munchies
| Froot Fuel | Granite Haze | Granite Runtz | 50/50 Hybrid | 7-10 oz 198-283g | 65-75 Days | Froot Fuel is a cross between our Granite Haze and our Granite Runtz. We took two of everyone’s favorite strains, and combined them into one absolute banger! This is an F1 cross, so expect a nice even blend of the two parent strains, with some phenotypes having the potential to highlight one parent over the other. The range of phenotypes we’ve see with Froot Fuel have ALL been great. The Granite Haze definitely takes the driver’s seat in most phenotypes, but often enough that Runtz will really shine through in an amazing way. Look out for new generations, as we move further into stabilizing this awesome cross! This strain seriously yields, no matter what phenotype you get. We’re almost always able to pull over 8oz/plant when grown in 5 gallons of soil. She produces icy, dense flowers that have a really beautiful inter-nodal spacing and excellent, tight structure. This strain produces a balanced head and body buzz, making it great for pain relief but also great for watching Rick and Morty and thinking you’re somehow understanding it on a way deeper level than everyone else is, those idiots. Terpene profiles will be heavy on haze, and berries, with deep gassy fuel notes that shine through in this cross more than either of her parents.
| Frosted Cherry’Os F2 | Vanilla Latte | 10-63 | Indica Dominant | 6-8 oz 170-226g | 65-75 Days | Frosted Cherry’Os was added to our strain line-up after winning our 25,000 plant, 2022 outdoor auto pheno hunt! Very soon after, it was mentioned in Leafly as one of the top Autoflower Seeds for winter 2022! This strain is a cross between Humboldt Seed Company’s Vanilla Latte, and an un-named strain from one of our breeding partners that simply goes by “10-63”. Frosted Cherry O’s was originally bred for its INSANE frostiness, and the enormous lime green flowers it packs on. The most common feedback we get about Frosted Cherry’Os, once someone has the opportunity to grow some, is “Now I know why its called FROSTED Cherry’Os!” Specific phenotypes were selected for their sweet and floral, cherry blossom nose with a punch of burnt rubber and black pepper. You can also expect some extremely funky, cheesy, savory notes with certian phenotypes. This is an excellent high-yielding outdoor strain, and also one of the most beautiful autos you’ll ever grow indoors. As usual with our varietals, expect yield potential between 6-8 oz when grown in 3 or 5 gallon containers. The potential of this strain in larger pots (10-gallon+) is easily north of 12 oz per plant! This one is very forgiving, making it a great choice for newer growers or growers that are new to Autoflowers. You can expect to see beautiful pink and orange color expressions in late flower, especially in cooler temperatures. Frosted Cherry’Os was the unanimous breeder favorite in our 2022 pheno hunts, across almost 100 strains and over 20,000 plants. We encourage everyone to grow this one! We know once you try it once, it’ll turn into one of you go-to strains for a long time.
| Frosted Cherry’Os F3 | Vanilla Latte | 10-63 | Indica Dominant | 8-14 oz 226-396g | 65-75 Days | Frosted Cherry’Os F3 is a strain that we’ve gotten more messages about that probably any other upcoming strain in our lineup. We’re happy to say it’s finally here! After the release of Frosted Cherry’Os F2 almost a year ago, it quickly became one of our most popular strains–and there’s very good reason for that. Frosted Cherry’Os, like the name indicates, is an extremely frosty autoflower strain. There ar hundreds of pictures out there from home growers who got absolutely stellar results from the F2 generation, and we know we’ll see even more of that with the F3. Even beyond the dense coating of trichomes, Frosted Cherry’Os is known to produce beautiful pink and purple colors late in flower and has one of the most unique and addictive terpene profiles you’ll find anywhere in the world of autoflowers. Some phenotypes produce a sweet, candy-cherry-floral-citrus aroma that can quickly take over a room, while others produce some awesome funky, cheesy, rubbery, and what’s been described as “chinese foody” smells. Despite there being some terpene variance among phenotypes, Frosted Cherry’Os F2 is an extremely stable F2 strain. The F2 generation is where the largest phenotypic variations commonly occur. That is to say, F2 strains are inherently less stable than virtually any other generation. We didn’t play by those rules with Frosted Cherry’Os, and instead we ended up producing a very consistent and easily identifiable plant and flower structure that people have grown to really love. Along with the stability, growers around the world have found Frosted Cherry’Os to be an extremely easy plant to grow, with high stress resistance and the ability to produce very high quality flower even in conditions that are not ideal. With the F3 generation, we only wanted to strengthen those positive strain traits. We put the F2 generation through thorough stress testing to identify phenotypes and individual plants that were able to handle even more stress than their siblings. We only selected for the strongest, and most complex terpene profiles. And perhaps the most important change we’ve been able to make in this new generation is the yield potential. We’ve been able to select for significantly higher yielding plants this time, and it’s made a real impact on the strain’s ability to yield 10+ ounces consistently. All in all there’s some awesome updates and changes you can expect to see with this new generation, and we’re very much looking forward to seeing some pictures of this very photogenic strain come flooding in.
| God Particle | Granite Haze | Froot Fuel | Indica Leaning Hybrid | 6-8 oz 170-226g | 65-75 Days | God Particle is a feminized auto F1 cross that is the culmination of years of breeding projects and hard work by the Speedrun genetic development team. This strain brings together two of our most popular strains, Granite Haze and Froot Fuel. Both of these varietals have been heavily selected for desirable traits such as: Even lateral branch height, which gives our plants the appearance of being low stress trained Complex, layered and rare terpene profiles Stress and pathogen resistance Extreme vigor and the ability to handle heavy nutrient loads Short seed to harvest time, finishing at 70 days average High yield potential, with both strains consistently yielding at or over 1 lb finished flower (when grown in a 15 gallon pot) God Particle brings the gassy, skunky, berry, melon notes from Froot Fuel together with the hazy, sour, piney, citrusy notes from Granite Haze. Expect this strain to finish in 70 days +/- 5 days, and for yields to fall between 6-8oz average when grown in 5 gallons of soil or similar media. The effect profile leans toward Indica on this one, with heavy body high that is relaxing but not sleepy. Don’t expect a lot of couch-lock with this strain.
| Gummy Clusters | SLAMBerry | Terp Sneeze | Sativa Leaning Hybrid | 10-14 oz 283-396g | 65-70 Days | Gummy Clusters gets its name not only from it’s tight, chunky, clusters of swollen, sugary calyxes, but also from the overwhelmingly fruity, sour, and candy-like scent profile. We fell in love with the bag appeal and unique structure of these funky looking buds. You’ll find some appealing lavender and muted purple tones swirled throughout the plant in late flower, with those colors almost getting lost under a thick blanket of sugary trichomes. This F1 absolutely does major justice to both of it’s parent strains. Gummy Clusters gets its powerful terpene profile from both sides of its lineage, with the overwhelming presence of Terp Sneeze coming through in droves, but with a very distinct addition of some crazy intense fruity notes coming the SLAMberry. You’ll pick up electric burts of tropical fruitiness in the foreground, with notes of pineapple, mango, kiwi, grape, cherry, blueberry, strawberry, all backed by a distinct passionfruit aroma. There’s also some definite haze that comes through quite intensely as the plants approach mid-flower, but we’ve found that it fades somewhat toward the background as the flowers mature and ripen. And behind all that sweet fruit and candy, there’s a dark underbelly of burning rubber and gasoline that really show up to the party in the final weeks of ripening. You can expect a heady, happy, social effect profile from Gummy Clusters that I’ve personally found to be excellent for hanging out with friends in person or playing multiplayer games online. Seed to harvest falls within our pretty standard 65-75 day window here, and she will definitely yield heavy if you treat her right!
| Granite Gas F7 | Bear’s Breath | (Hubba Bubba Smelloscope | Haze) | Sativa-Leaning Hybrid | 8-16 oz 226-453g | 65-70 days | The F7 generation of Granite Gas features more color, stronger terpenes & frostier buds, while maintaining the traits that everyone loved about the F5 generation. Here’s the description for the F5 generation that was previously available: Since Granite Gas was released as a freebie last year, we’ve gotten a huge number of requests to release it as a stand-alone strain. So, here it is! Granite Gas was sent out as a freebie under the name “Granite Haze F5 Fuel Pheno”, and that describes what this strain is about pretty well. But, there’s definitely some background required to explain why this is being released as a separate strain. Since all the way back at the F2 generation of Granite Haze, there have been phenotypes of this strain that have strong haze, candy, and sugary floral notes and there have been phenotypes that have extremely Gas-station-explosion, funky, burning-tire-filled-with-dead-skunks, inside-of-a-box-of- Nike-shoes notes. We’ve been keeping those two terpene profile phenotypes separate, and breeding them only with each other for 3 generations now. The Hazey candy dessert pheotypes are what we sell as Granite Haze, and the funky fuely phenotypes we’ve just been quietly breeding in the background. We released the latter as a freebie on small number of orders in 2023, and it’s been maybe our most requested release since only a few months after that. So we’ve decided to give the Granite Haze F5 Fuel Pheno it’s own name, Granite Gas, and we’re giving it a special limited release for 4/20 this year. You can expect similar performance, frost, yield, vigor, and potency that people have become used to with Granite Haze F4, F5, and F6. The main difference here is the smell, and the Fuel Pheno can tend to develop a little more color in the later weeks of flower. If you’re a fan of everything gassy and funky, Granite Gas is a strain that you’ll definitely need to pick up.
| Granite Haze F5 | Bear’s Breath | (Hubba Bubba Smelloscope | Haze) | Sativa-Leaning Hybrid | 6-16 oz 170-453g | 65-70 Days | The F5 generation of this strain is one generation older, and one generation more stable! As Granite Haze has evolved, we’ve heavily focused on major vegetative vigor and plant size as traits that we select for in our breeding process. We’ve continued to isolate the traits that everyone loves about Granite Haze, and we’re doing everything to make this amazing strain stronger, more resistant to pests and disease, and to increase terpene and cannabinoid percentage. Check out the Granite Haze F4 description below for more about this awesome strain!: Granite Haze was developed in collaboration with our friends over at Dream Beans! The lineage includes a very special strain called Bear’s Breath, and a haze variety that we developed by crossing a rare expression of Hubba Bubba Smelloscope (Mephisto) with an unnamed Autoflower strain developed by another friend of ours. We selectively bred and stabilized this strain for years, getting it to F4 before it was released in October 2022. We’re extremely proud of this one for its amazingly unique terpene profile, ridiculous frost, near perfect inter-nodal spacing, and excellent yield potential! Expect to smell HAZE, passionfruit, orange blossom, gummy worms, gasoline, and skunk This hybrid strain produces elevating, uplifting and creative effects. Terpene profiles are hazy, fruity and floral, with distinct overtones of bubblegum and lemon-lime. Yield potential is extremely high on this strain! With great conditions, and in larger pot sizes, we’ve managed to hit consistent yields close to (or over) 1 lb!
| Granite Haze F7 | Bear’s Breath | (Hubba Bubba Smelloscope | Haze) | Sativa-Leaning Hybrid | 16+ oz 453g+ | 65–70 Days | Granite Haze F7 continues her legacy of one of the most unique and resilient autoflowers in existence. Expect an unmistakable terpene profile dominated by sharp forward Haze, sour candy, strong blueberry, and deep floral tones—anchored by undertones of skunky gasoline, mechanical grease, and tar. This line thrives under heavy nutrient loads, pushing growth harder and faster the closer it’s taken to the brink of toxicity. The plant architecture, even lateral branching and uniform tops that hit the same height, ensuring maximum light penetration and balanced development across the canopy. What’s new in F7? We carefully selected two extraordinarily complementary parents to stabilize and advance the line. These two parents were chosen from a lineup of about 50 individuals, selected down from more than 300 plants, each passing the vegetative and early flowering criteria necessary to survive to the point of branch reversal: From Mom: Extraordinary trichome density with excellent head size and head-to-stalk ratios Perfectly uniform canopy with tops at nearly identical heights Dense lime-green buds with pink and purple highlights High bud density with slight intentional foxtailing for greater extraction surface area Extreme nutrient tolerance and stress resistance Deep light penetration and balanced ripening from top to bottom Strong overall size, yield. A respectable 72-day finish. From Dad: A near-identical terpene profile, contributing to strong stabilizing potential. Matching bud structure for generational consistency Striking deep purple hues in buds and stems, to help reinforce and infuse more color into the F7 generation. Exceptional frost; among the highest trichome densities ever recorded in our work. Generous internodal spacing for air and light flow Remarkable speed, finishing in about 67 days Results speak for themselves, as always period we cannot wait to hear your feedback on the generation created by this carefully selected breeding pair.
| Granite Runtz | Forbidden Runtz (Supreme Runtz Pheno) | Granite | Heavy body high, great for pain relief. Meditative. | 7+ oz 198+ g | Granite Runtz is a cross between the same Forbidden Runtz phenotype that donated pollen to our Supreme Runtz, and the Granite (Mutant Genetics’ version of Bear’s Breath from Dream Beans by Derek Shores). This strain is an awesome yielder consistently pulling over 7oz when grown in 5 gallons of soil. She produces frosty, chunky flowers that can often weigh the branches down (so make sure your plants have support!) This strain produces a heavy body high, making it really great for pain relief. You’ll want to put on some good music, kick your feet up and take some meditative ‘me time’. Terpene profiles will be heavy on fruit and candy, with a solid backbone of fuel and funk.
| Haze Beast -Mutant Genetics- | Pound Dawg F4 | Granite Haze F4 | Hybrid | 10-16 oz 283-453g | 70–75 Days | Mutant Genetics is ALIVE!!! We’ve been dropping some hints that Mutant Genetics would be coming back for a few special new releases, and the first one is finally here! If you’re new to Speedrun Seeds, you might not know that we haven’t always been called Speedrun Seeds. When we first got started, our name was originally Mutant Genetics. We released a few strains under that name, with the first two being Granite Haze F4 and Pound Dawg F4. We had originally planned to release Haze Beast as our third strain under the Mutant Genetics name. But, prior to that release, the bag of seeds that we were planning to use for that drop went missing. After looking everywhere for it, we eventually gave up and defaulted to the next strain on our list (Frosted Cherry’Os). For the better part of a year, we were left wondering what could have possibly happened to that bag of seeds. And then, a few months ago, we were doing some cleaning and ended up moving a large pesticide cabinet. Lo and behold, there was the missing bag of Pound Dawg F4 x Granite Haze F4. At that moment, we knew there was only one choice- one day soon Mutant Genetics would be making a comeback. That day is finally here, and Haze Beast is now available. Making an F1 cross can result in a variety of different outcomes. If one strain is more stable than the other (for example crossing an F5 with an F2), the resulting cross will almost always exhibit more characteristics of that more stabilized strain. That first F1 generation will tend to look and smell more like the F5 than the F1. But, when two strains are equally stabilized, the F1 cross tends to be a very nice and even blend of the two parents. You’ll see terpene profiles, growth patterns, plant structure etc. that are almost a 50/50 blend of both parent strains. That’s the case with Haze Beast. Everyone’s favorite characteristics from the Pound Dawg F4 and the Granite Haze F4 absolutely come through. The Pound Dawg’s orangey, burnt rubber, fruity terpene profile blends extremely well with the Granite Haze’s candy-like haze and gasoline notes. Haze Beast puts on thick, dense, large buds like the Pound Dawg but also retains the photoperiod-like internodal spacing from the Granite Haze. It has a tendency to purple as it moves into later flower, though not every phenotype will exhibit the same coloring. We called it Haze BEAST for a reason, too! Both of the parent strains have amazing yield potential, and the whole here is greater than the sum of it’s parts. That means 12+ oz yields are very achievable with this strain, and those 1 lb per plant yields are very much within reach for experienced growers. Haze Beast finishes in about 70-75 days, and our smoke reports have it falling right in the middle between an “Indica” and “Sativa” effect profile. This one wont put you to sleep, but we’ve also found it a little bit too powerful and heady for that sneaky toke right before walking into work. This strain is perfect for kicking back with that new Mortal Kombat game and watching a few hours melt away.
| Holy Fire | Sapphyre | Frosted Cherry’Os | Sativa Leaning Hybrid | 7-10 oz 198-283g | 65-75 Days | Holy fire is a perfect example of expert genetic selection from the breeding team at Speedrun. This strain is an artfully paired F1 cross between Sapphyre and Frosted Cherryo’s. Our breeding team chose some exceptional phenotypes from two of our frostiest, gassiest, haziest strains and brought them together in this insanely strong pairing! This strain puts out heavy blueberry and pine notes, with sweet citrus/haze overtones and distinct gassy, diesel fuel accents. Expect a heady, giggly, cerebral high that’s perfect for hanging out on a saturday and binging pixar movies. Not only is Holy Fire strikingly beautiful (with remarkable terpene profile), but it’s a serious yielder too. If you’re looking to pull upwards of 8 oz from one plant, put this girl in a 7 or 10 gallon pot, and feed with a heavy hand. Plan to do some training, and support those side branches, because they might get a little wild on you.
| Iced Latte | Vanilla Latte | OO Kush | 50/50 Hybrid | 5-9 oz 141-255g | 65-70 Days | Iced Latte was created in 2021 after we pheno hunted over 5,000 Vanilla Latte plants outdoors, to identify phenotypes that we wanted to continue working with. We selected two of those phenotypes to stabilize and continue breeding with. Phenotype 1, which was crossed with 10-63 to create Frosted Cherry’Os, and Phenotype 2 which was crossed with 00 Kush (from 00 Seed Bank), to produce Iced Latte. This strain puts out some extreme frost, and produces very tight, dense, round, almost golf-ball like flowers. The terpene profile is loaded heavy up front with gassy and musky notes, with a citrusy, orange peel, hazy aftertaste. Think diesel fuel, black pepper, lavender, pine, citrus, earth, orange zest. Effects are relaxing yet motivating. Iced Latte is a great strain to sneak off and hit on your lunch break, to help you get through the rest of the day. If you love frosty plants, this one is an obvious choice for you!
| Jehova’s Witness (Granite Haze Special Pheno Bx2) | Bear’s Breath | (Hubba Bubba Smelloscope | Haze) | Sativa Hybrid | 8-16 oz 226-453g | 65-70 Days | Jehova’s Witness was born when we identified a very special phenotype of our Granite Haze. Our breeding team noticed that about 1 in every 100 plants was absolutely BLOWING UP in late veg, and finishing significantly faster. That phenotype had uniquely gassy, funky, sour terpene profile. It got extremely frosty and was just a different animal than the rest of our Granite Haze. We decided to collect pollen from that phenotype, and save it for a rainy day so that we could pollenate the same phenotype when we came across it again. Once we found the phenotype again and pollenated it, that made Granite Haze Bx1. We decided to plant a round of the Bx1 granite haze, and cross it back to the very same pollen, making Granite Haze Bx2! By this time, this was a stabilized and very different verison of the original strain, so we figured it was time for a new name. So Jehova’s Witness was born! She finishes in about 65 days and, when grown in good conditions, can yield anywhere from 1/2 lb to 1 lb depending on pot size. This one is an absolute killer!!! Make sure you have room for a GIANT, because this plant will get HUGE!
| Juice Pop | Orange Portal | Citrus Bubblegum | Indica Leaning Hybrid | 12-16+ oz 340-453g | 70-75 Days | Sometimes we just know when a strain is going to be an instant classic. Once you guys have the opportunity to grow Juice Pop, we know you will absolutely agree that this strain fits that description perfectly. Orange Portal is one of our most popular (and difficult to keep in stock) strains, for its deeply citrusy, orange zest nose, massive yield potential, chunky, heavy branches from top to bottom, gorgeous colors, and knock-you-on-your-ass effect profile. Combine all those things we love about Orange portal with one of our staple classic strains that everyone knows and loves, Citrus Bubblegum. Citrus bubblegum is also one of our best sellers, and for equally valid reasons. It produces massive plants with very tight and dense buds that have totally beautiful, symmetrical, picture-perfect structure. It’s also known to produce very high lab test results, consistently breaking that elusive 30% barrier. Juice Pop takes the best elements from each of those two parent strains and swirls them together into this awesome F1 with a completely new and different personality. Those strong citrus notes absolutely POP here, with this strain inheriting that Valencene-rich terpene profile from the orange portal. You’ll also pick up on some soothing burts of bazooka bubblegum, lemon, sour gummy worms, and some very loud, booming gassy notes throughout. We absolutely LOVE the bushy, even plant structure we’ve been able to achieve with this strain, and we definitely have to warn you here–this girl is a TENT FILLER! Juice Pop really needs her space, because it will absolutely bully everything else around it as it stretches its limbs out in late veg and early flower. Make sure you’ve got enough room in your grow space before you dive into growing this strain. It’s also worth mentioning that we’ve been very pleased with the distinct pinks and purples that Juice Pop produces, making it an absolutely beautiful and photogenic strain. Despite some more sativa leaning effects in the lineage, we’ve found that Juice Pop tends to fall on the indica side of the effect profile spectrum. One thing I will say is that if you’re on a strict diet, you might want to avoid this strain. The munchies are off the charts with this one! Aside from that, we’ve found that it’s actually been really effective for certain types of pain relief and we’ve really been enjoying this strain for decompression after a stressful work day. 1 lb+ yields are absolutely 100% possible if you treat this strain well. Throw her in an auto pot, make sure she’s fed well and given some dialed in and stable environmentals, and watch her break your personal best yield records! This one is a MUST HAVE for any fans of our genetics.
| Pound Dawg F4 | Anvil F6 | Northern Hog | Indica Hybrid | 7-16 oz 198-453g | 75-80 Days | Pound Dawg F4 is a strain that was created to be the ultimate stress resistant Autoflower varietal. Through multiple large scale hunts, we selected phenotypes that were capable of producing huge colas, even when put through multiple types of stress. This strain has gone through trials of being transplanted and topped multiple times, and has been pushed to the most extreme limits of heat and cold, high nutrient loads and underfeeding. Throughout our breeding process, we also use transplant stability as a selection trait, by transplanting from a 4-inch pot at 20-30 days from seed. After everything thats been done to Pound Dawg, it always emerges as the Speedrun™ superhero of Autoflowers. The lineage is a cross between a beautifully purple, high yielding phenotype of Anvil from Gnome Automatics, and very terpy pheno of Northern Hog from T.H.Seeds (that was also a great producer). The yields have consistently topped 1 lb of trimmed flower per plant when planted outdoors in 15-gallon pots or (preferably) directly in the ground, which is how it ended up getting its name! Terpene profiles are a sharp, spicy mix of fresh cracked black pepper, burnt tires, orange peels and what can really only be described as a cologne-like aroma. This strain is awesome for new growers, or experienced growers that are new to Autoflowers and might be scared of stress-induced early flowering. It’s also a great strain for experienced Autoflower growers to break personal yield records and get some awesome flower at the same time! Expect a relaxing, meditative effect profile that’s great for an evening sesh.
| Rockslide | Fatality | Sapphyre F2 | Sativa Hybrid | 8-12 oz 226-340g | 65-70 Days | This one is DEFINITELY a breeder favorite! Rockslide is a cross between very specific phenotypes of our Sapphyre F2, and Fatality strains. Both strains are capable of producing massively frosty buds, and we were determined to combine the frostiest of the frosty phenos of both of these strains throughout this breeding project. Rockslide is the result of those efforts, and we know these results will speak for themselves. This strain has mind-blowing trichome density, to the point where it’s often impossible to see any green on the buds through the thick layer of frost. If you’re into frosty autoflowers, this strain is a must-try. Not only is it one of our frostiest strains, but its also one of the best terpene producers out of our entire lineup. Touching the buds when Rockslide is flowering will leave your hands, your clothes, your scissors- anything and everything- absolutely covered in sticky, greasy resin. That characteristic makes it an absolute unit when it comes to extract yields, by the way. You can expect a sweet dessert-type terpene profile right up front with Rockslide, it takes a lot of the scent notes from its Sapphyre mommy. There’s also distinct rubber band, and spice notes in the background. BUT, when it comes to plant structure and yield, the Fatality ends up being the dominant influence. This strain puts on very hard and dense, very tight, golf-ball-buds that are just completely showered in crystals. Yield potential is high, hitting around 10 oz of finished flower (in a 5-gallon pot) very consistently in our test runs. It’s also a pretty quick strain, often finishing under 70 days, and the effect profile that’s been reported most by our lucky group of “Quality testers” is “Sativa” leaning. That means it’s a great morning strain to get you going, or even a great 2pm strain to keep you from strangling Nancy in the next cubicle over, with her fake nails clacking so loud on that god-damned keyboard that you’re pretty sure the noise could literally bring corpses back to life, just so they could tell her to STFU.
| Sapphyre | Magic Melon (Humboldt Seed Company) | Blueberry Sugar Pine (Top Shelf Elite) | Sativa Hybrid | 6-8 oz 170-226g | 65–70 Days | Sapphyre represents a multi-year project by our breeding team that began during our massive 25,000+ plant autoflower pheno hunt in 2019. We planted thousands of seeds from each parent strain, and made multiple generations worth of selections to secure the specific phenotypes used in this cross. The payoff is apparent in every Sapphyre plant, with extreme trichome density, a simply unmatched terpene profile. Traits that our breeding team selected for include overtones of haze, blueberry, and what’s been described as “blue sour patch kids”, frost covered flowers with trichomes that extend well onto the fan leaves, perfect internodal spacing, consistent lateral branch height, extreme vigor in the vegetative state, and flowering time under 70 days. This is a favorite strain among our breeding team, and it has quickly become a major crowd pleaser since its release in late 2022.
| Sapphyre F2 | Magic Melon (Humboldt Seed Company) | Blueberry Sugar Pine (Top Shelf Elite) | Sativa Hybrid | 6-8 oz 170-226g | 65–70 Days | The F2 generation is commonly known for more extensive phenotypical variation than the F2 generation. This is due to recessive traits from the original parent strains being expressed when the resulting cross is first in-bred. Sapphyre F2 does show some more variation than the F2 generation, but every single phenotype we’ve seen from this strain has been an absolute killer! We can’t wait for you to experience what this strain has to show you! Sapphyre represents a multi-year project by our breeding team that began during our massive 25,000+ plant autoflower pheno hunt in 2019. 25 | SLAMunition | SLAMberry | Citrus Bubblegum | Indica Bias | 9-14 oz 255-396g | 60-70 Days | SLAMunition is a cross between a special SLAMberry female that was chosen to be paired with our Citrus Bubblegum “Breeder” reversed male pollen donor. When we select plants to pair for breeding, we compare traits from the various available phenotypes of each strain we’ve selected down into our “winner’s circle”. We’ll look at a laundry list of various traits like trichome density, color, plant structure, and perhaps most importantly, terpene profile. We look at what each plant has going for it, or what it’s strongest attributes are, and we’ll also look for areas where we think each one can meaningfully improve. In this case, the SLAMberry female that was selected had the strongest marks in bud structure, color, frostiness, density. The Citrus Bubblegum male that was selected to pollenate it was a real winner in plant structure, size & productivity, frostiness, and it had a terpene profile that really paired well with this particular SLAMberry female. It is often the case that our most productive females, that’s to say the ones that grow to be the largest and maintain good flower production from the top to the bottom of each branch, can tend to have a bud structure that’s somewhat generic. They can lack a character a bit, which can cause things to end up all looking too similar across the board. That is absolutely not the case in the F1 cross that resulted from this particular pairing. SLAMunition has a really powerful balance of plant size and productivity, and some very unique and interesting bud morphology, color, frost coverage and overall character. At the end of the day, what the buds look like when they’re all dried and trimmed up is something we’ve been really working on improving. But just looking nice and being a high yielder isn’t enough to impress us. We’re all about that terpene profile, and that’s where this strain really left her mark on us. There’s all the usual type notes of grapefruit, honeysuckle, pineapple and passionfruit, along with some strong haze and pine tar tones throughout. But behind all of that sickly sweet tropical goodness, there’s two aromas that came through very distinctly (to our surprise). Gunpowder and rubber. Both me and our other head breeder, Eric, called those two scent notes out individually without mentioning either of them to each other perviously. Instead of some of the diesel fuel and skunky notes that like to linger in the background of some of these terpene profiles, there’s a smell like you just ripped some donuts in the parking lot of a shooting range. We love to be surprised by unique and interesting scent notes in these strains, and SLAMunition definitely has some surprises up her sleeve for you, when you get the chance to grow some of these plants yourself! She’ll finish slightly on the faster side, around 70 days even for us. Yields are hefty here, but the plant doesn’t get overly tall. You can. expect thick, chunky buds from the top to the bottom of the branches. And surprisingly, despite the lineage, users have almost unanimously agreed that this strain has more of an indica effect profile with a more sedating, turn-off-your brain type high. We’ve found that it’s great for anxiety.
| Slime Machine | SLAMBerry | Sour Black Cherry Haze | Balanced Hybrid, Slight Sativa Bias | 10-15 oz 283-425g | 65-70 Days | Let’s talk about GREASE for a minute. I’m sure many of you guys know what I’m talking about here. With certain strains, when you rub your fingers across the buds in mid to late flower, your hands get covered with a shiny, greasy film of potent smelling terpene slime. Slime Machine is perhaps the greasiest of all the greasy strains that we have produced to date. The flowers of this strain are practically dripping with terpenes in the best way possible. From the outset, we knew that these two parent strains would have excellent synergy when we brought them together. The trick was finding the ideal candidates to select as the parent plants. The phenotype that we chose for the SLAMberry mom was one of the strongest smelling plants in our breeding room at the time. It was one of those plants where smelling the buds up close invariably caused us to make one of those involuntary groaning sounds like “ERRRGHHH”. It sounds weird, but I think you might know what I mean 😂. The sour black cherry haze pollen donor was an absolute STUD that we knew would pair perfectly in this cross. It had a perfect structure with tall sturdy branches that all leveled off in a nice even canopy. It ended up producing some perfect round insanely frosty golf ball sized buds with awesome internal spacing from top to bottom on every branch. It had a sweet cherry, aromatic floral vibe with deep and heavy rubber band and some distinct chemically, almost plastic or styrofoam, kind of notes to it. The resulting cross between these two phenotypes has turned out to be a totally gorgeous cross with mind-blowingly frosty and obscenely terpy buds. There’s definitely some color that comes through from the SBCH, with a subtle but noticeable pink and plum blush hiding beneath the dense covering of fat juicy trichome heads. Slime Machine produces very strong, medicinal grape notes. Do any of you guys remember a children’s cold medicine from the ’90s called Dimetapp? That was the first thing that came to mind when we smelled this strain in late flower. I know its a really deep cut of a reference, but we found it to be so spot-on that I cant think of a better way to describe that terpene note. You’ll find that the plant and bud structure is really a perfect blend of the chunky, squat buds of the SLAMberry and the more spacious ping pong or golf ball buds of the SBCH. Slime Machine still has great internodal spacing, but there definitely a more elongated and heavy structure to the buds here. She can definitely fall on the taller side, so keep that in mind when selecting tent-mates for this strain. You don’t want to end up in one of those situations where one plant is way taller than the other, so light management ends up getting complicated. Most effect profile experiences with Slime Machine have been really balanced. It’s a very, very giggly strain (in my own personal experience). It is extremely potent, so its not advisable as a morning strain, or if you’ve got anything important to do. This one will totally have you going “Wait why did I walk into this room again?”. Yields are generous with this one, and she’ll typically finish around the 70 day mark. Can’t wait for some community feedback on the crazy terpiness and mind blowing smell of this strain. Enjoy!
| Sour Black Cherry Haze F2 | Blappleberry | Frosted Cherry’Os F2 | Indica Dominant Hybrid | 10-16 oz 283-453g | 60-70 Days | Sour Black Cherry Haze has been one of our best selling strains of all time, and it’s one that we’re extremely proud of at Speedrun. It’s become known for killer yields, beautiful and vibrant purple and pink colors, and an irresistibly sweet, sour, apple-berry-citrus-pine terpene profile. The SBCH absolutely upholds the insane vigor, strength, size, speed and beautiful color from it’s Blappleberry Haze mom, while incorporating the insane frost and large, dense, chunky buds from the Frosted Cherry’Os. This strain does tend to get LARGE, so definitely keep that in mind when allocating space in your grow tent or room. It’s been common to see customers reporting 12+ oz yields of intensely frosty, tight buds marbled with light purple and pink hues. The Indica Dominant Effect profile is definitely up for debate on this strain. We’ve gotten a lot of reports from customers who have gotten more heady, energetic, happy and uplifting effects from this strain, and thats something we’re leaning into heavily as we move into the F3 generation.
| Terp Sneeze | Sapphyre F3 | Iced Latte F2 | Indica Hybrid | 10-14 oz 283-396g | 65-75 Days | Let’s talk about terpenes for a minute. They’re extremely strong smelling and tasting volatile compounds that are the primary scent chemicals in most plants (fruits and flowers included!). If you’ve ever been taking that first hit off a bowl, or hitting a pen, or taking a dab and gotten a sharp pain right behind your nose when you exhale, they’re responsible for that too! That’s where this strain gets it’s name from. As I’m sure many of you have experienced, very high levels of terpenes can absolutely make you sneeze your face off. There’s certain primary terpenes that are commonly found in cannabis, and of those there are a couple “frequent fliers” that are the dominant terpenes in the majority of strains. We’re talking about Myrcene and Caryophylline, which contribute to an earthy, woody, fruity smell that is exceedingly common to find across a wide range of genetics. That’s not good enough for us. At Speedrun Seeds, one of our most important breeding criteria is the terpene profile. Depending on the strain we’ll look for look for something rare and unusual, or extremely pungent, overwhelmingly sweet etc. as we make our selections for plants to receive or donate pollen when breeding. Terp Sneeze is a strain that we consider to be one of our best examples of an EXCELLENT terpene profile. It’s got a sour yet sweet, sharp, hazy, citrus, floral, candy-like smell to it that all of us became instantly addicted to. We made it our mission to cross two phenotypes that produced the very terpene profile in the F1 that’s available here. Not only is the terpene profile completely mesmerizing, but the terpene content is out of this world. It is, out of the hundreds and hundreds of strains we’ve grown, one of the greasiest, gassiest, stickiest strains any of us has seen. You know, when you touch a sugar leaf or a bud in flower and your fingers are left kinda shiny and greasy? With this strain, it’ll look like you just strangled a giant McDonald’s french fry. And even beyond the crazy terpene traits of Terp Sneeze, it is also a combination of two of our frostiest autoflower strains–and it absolutely shows. We’re proud to say that the trichome density on this one is nothing short of extraordinary. If all that wasn’t a reason to start growing this strain immediately, the yield potential should definitely seal the deal. In 7 gallon pots, we’ve seen 1lb+yields on a large percentage of plants and even in smaller pots we’re seeing 10+ oz yields consistently. And as with most of our strains it finishes right around the 70 day mark +/- about a week. As far as the effect profile goes, you can expect a deeply relaxing experience here. We wouldn’t go so far as to say it’ll make you drowsy, but it’s definitely best saved for after work or for a lazy weekend morning. Our best comparison for how this strain feels would be– You’re 12 years old, still laying in bed, and you just got confirmation that it is indeed a snow day, and there’s absolutely no reason to worry about getting up. It’s THAT relaxing.
| Terp Sneeze F2 | Sapphyre F3 | Iced Latte F2 | Indica Dominant Hybrid | 10-16 oz 283-453g | 65-75 Days | Terp Sneeze’s development was about terpenes over anything else. We wanted to develop a strain that had heavier concentrations of terpenes that are less commonly found in autoflowers. It’s got a sour yet sweet, sharp, hazy, citrus, floral, candy-like smell to it that all of us became instantly addicted to as soon as the F1 was completed. Terp Sneeze is also one of the FROSTIEST, greasiest, gassiest, stickiest strains that any of us at speedrun have ever grown. It’s absolutely been a personal favorite of mine ever since it’s development. Yields definitely do not disappoint here, with 10+ oz yields being the average for us in our breeding facilities. As far as the effect profile goes, you can expect a deeply relaxing experience here. We wouldn’t go so far as to say it’ll make you drowsy, but it’s definitely best saved for after work or for a lazy weekend morning.
