I use a spreadsheet like this to track the people I meet with. It's meant to be the very lightest-weight "Personal CRM."

The People Tracking tab (with examples) is what I use to record who I met and some notes. The 2023 Meeting Data is an exercise I did in looking back on the past year of meetings.

You can copy this template and make it your own. Just download to excel or your preferred format, or highlight/copy/paste over to your own Google doc.
