Erica Vuolle Yoga (with N. Chapman)Relax and strengthen your mind and body through yoga! Ms. Vuolle is a certified yoga teacher (200hr RYT) through Breathe for Change, a program specifically designed to support students in mindfulness, yoga, and social emotional wellness. Students should plan to come prepared with comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided for any students who do not have one, but they can definitely bring their own if they would like.
