TAB NAVIGATIONYou will find two different tabs in this sheet. The "Minimal Equipment" tab has workouts that will work in all commercial gyms and most hotel gyms. The bodyweight workouts require no equipment. On the left are warmups, followed by 3 different level for each EMOM. All the way on the right you will see movement links.

CHOOSING YOUR LEVELThe levels serve a few different purposes.

1. They provide a linear and comparable scale, so that you can see progress when moving up through the levels. They also help you get what you want from the workout. Want a harder push? Do level 3. Need to take it easier today? Do level 1.

2. It simplifies the question “What rep scheme/load should I do?” Just pick a level.

3. The higher the level, the more challenging the stimulus. The lower the level, the more attainable. It’s important to remember that the levels are simply suggestions. You can mix and match levels of different movements for your skill set. You can also create your own levels.

4. It helps you learn how to evaluate your skillset and ability to execute a workout. The more workouts you do, the better you’ll get at knowing what level (or scale) is best for you.

A final note: just because you “can” do a higher level, does not always mean you “should”. Sometimes we feel the effects of fatigue, whether it be from hard workouts earlier in the week, travel, lack of sleep…Whatever life throws at us. However, in those times the body and mind will benefit from some movement at a lower intensity and will thank you for it tomorrow.
