All outstanding balances must be reconciled before any shipments are made. Booking discounts end February 28th, 2025. Custom orders: All new accounts must include a 30% deposit at time of placing the custom booking order (Visa / MasterCard / E-Transfer sent to kuu@kuu.ca). Interest, 2% per month on late payments. 24% annual interest charge. Booking discount will not apply if account is not paid within due date. **For orders under $100.00 a $5.00 surcharge is applied.** All new custom products have a minimum set-up charge of $ 50.00 (note deadline for all custom products is February 28th, 2025 for Oct. 30th, delivery). All shipments are shipped insured unless specified by the retailer. Partial shipments may occur – unless retailer specifies “no back orders without authorization”. Orders are considered valid up to 60 days after requested ship date unless otherwise specified by the retailer in writing. If we are unable to deliver a portion of an order due to (e.g. Out of stock) the order will be considered complete. All freight charges will be forwarded to the retailer, unless authorized by KUUsport. We will endeavor to ship booking orders within 15 working days of your requested ship date. KUUsport will assign ship dates based on when booking orders are received and on a priority basis. Order Acknowledgments will be sent to you by July 31st confirming discounts, terms and expected ship date. If there is a problem, please contact us by Aug. 14TH, otherwise, KUUsport will ship as per the Order Acknowledgment. ***OWNERSHIP OF MERCHANDISE IS NOT TRANSFERRED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED*** Prices: All prices and terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Claims: Claims for shortages, credit and/or replacement of damaged goods must be received within 14 working days of receipt of merchandise. In the event that goods are damaged, boxes/packaging is broken or boxes are missing; the retailer must sign courier’s waybill as “Received Damaged”, for insurance claim. If this has not been noted, credit will not be given. Returns: Goods may not be returned to KUUsport without prior written notice or phone authorization. All returns must be prepaid to KUUsport. KUUsport reserves the right to credit, replace or repair any defective products. There is a 15% restocking charge for returned merchandise. Backshop products will not be accepted for return after 30 days from the invoice date. NSF’s: If an account produces a NSF cheque, KUU will automatically place the account on Credit Card terms (Visa or MasterCard). In addition, the account will be charged a $ 75.00 service charge which will be added to the outstanding balance and must be paid within 10 days of notice. NOTE: FOB Toronto for all shipping destinations. Artwork Any custom artwork must be sent in the following formats (JPEG, AI, EPS).
