This sheet assumes AVP, Shinano, Haku are all lv125, Sync result means it syncs for at least 3 airstrikes, Desync means will not work for 3 airstrikes
How to use:
1. change your ships' oath status
2. change planes you use
3. change Auxes you use
4. change fleet tech and cat rld status (no cat for META)
5. change % rld skills (additive, Independence gives 4% in ops cross fleet, lv30 Bishamaru gives 1.288%, AVP has 12%, no crossfleet buff for meta)
6.verify if Ingame CD matches (game display has weird round down/up logic, doesn't affect actual performace)
7. check the result
8. change planes amd auxes so the result will be sync

Take off order for this sheet: Shinano AVP Haku, other orders can work but usually require more efforts
Goal: for 3 launches,
0.24s >= Shinano to AVP time difference >= 0.02s
0.27 >= AVP to Haku time difference >= 0.02s
otherwise result will be Desync

本工具的目的是为了方便玩家根据自身需求寻找调速方案
注意本工具默认白龙 信浓 天运奥古斯特都为125级

使用方法：
步骤一
1，填写你的科技装填值和指挥喵装填值，以及如果有毗沙丸(lv30效果1.288%)以及独立跨队的话，记得填上跨队的装填buff，全部加算(下面那个月度用的已经给出)
2，在婚姻状况内拉取对应项，并查看面板装填是否和游戏内一致（如不一致请反馈给作者（）
3，在飞机拉取菜单里选择你的飞机
4，在设备拉取菜单里选择你的设备
5，校对游戏内显示CD是否正确（如不一致请反馈给作者）因为游戏内面板使用奇怪的小数点去留逻辑，可能会有偏差，但对实际却没有影响(因为实战CD包括小数点)
步骤二
1，调整白龙信浓的舰载机和设备，观察校对区结果
2，调速目的是使得白龙-奥古斯特不超过0.27，且奥古斯特-信浓不超过0.24，且二者也不小于0.02（避免同帧出现意外乱轴）
3，检查调速结果判定是否显示为"Sync"

注1：理想起飞顺序为信浓-奥古斯特-白龙
白龙旗舰 奥古斯特上僚舰 信浓下僚舰（综合考虑近似帧起飞顺序和保隐蔽的选择）

注2：科技和指挥喵提供的装填越多，三航母之间间隔越短，越能稳定打在时停中

注3：1天雷优先给白龙，2天雷给白龙+信浓，3天雷才给奥古斯特
没有天雷的平行替代为5期科研的同CD轰炸机Su-2，或者近似CD的SB3C
不过因为Su-2是对轻甲高输出的轰炸机，信白可以考虑用鱼雷机平衡对护甲（也就是用彩云替换BF109G）

注4：原则上，尽量少用Beacon（贪航空值）尽量多用BF109G（平衡对护甲）尽量只用ju87/流星来填婚否的区别
