3 | Shane Horton, Wilmington, NC won the Six Knot Challenge with a time of 31 seconds. Shane is enrolled in Cape Fear Community College's (CFCC) Boat Building Program. He and fellow CFCC student, Tim O'Brien, exhibited a 15' Christmas Wherry that they built this year, AND they teamed up to build a boat in under four hours at Saturday's Wooden Boat Challenge boat building competition. | |||||||
