What is an Order Builder at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for palletizing designated product, building customer orders and preparing them for safe & efficient delivery. Our team is made up of individuals with a wide range of experiences. While prior experience & knowledge is definitely a plus, we believe in investing in our employees and are happy to provide training if you are just starting out in the industry.

Shift Details: Shift is 11:30 am to 8 pm

Responsibilities include:
• Accurately pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet/s and storing orders in the staging area when they are prepared for Shipment
• Building delivery loads of a variety of product onto pallets, and preparing them for loading on trucks for delivery
• Operating electric pallet jack and/ or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count & load product
• Daily inspection and minor maintenance performance on pallet jack / forklift equipment to prevent accidents
• Restock product in picking areas as directed by supervisor
• Use shrink-wrapping device after building each pallet to securely palletize product for safe delivery and to prevent spillage
• Maintain a clean & safe warehouse environment
• Perform duties in an efficient manner that meets company standards

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision

What is a Merchandiser at Swire Coca-Cola?

In this role, you will be the face of the company to our local customers and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability properly stocked and according to Swire Coca-Cola standards. Responsibilities include:

Production:

Packaging:

Bread Runners- Bread runner will be bringing racks full of bread from production to packaging, ensure packaging always has bread to pack.

Sanitation:

Sanitation worker - The Sanitation Worker cleans and sanitizes all areas and equipment in the plant in compliance with company policy and procedures related to proper sanitation, GMP and Safety requirements.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard has two different areas for Team Members to work in, each providing an important service to our guest. The Hot Line Team Members work to ensure the proper preparation, assembly and delivery of food items. Our Cold Line Team Members are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders and the construction of custard items, while maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and performing to the Freddy’s level of hospitality.

•Checks on guests, seeks feedback and keeps dining room clean
•Always treats guests with the highest level of respect
•Always communicates with guests in an energetic, friendly and cheerful manner
