Distance to last survey location

2	This survey records the current location of the user and then calculates the distance to the last place they completed the same survey
3	The previous location is obained using "las-saved" in the defaul column
4	This is stored in a quesion of type "text" rather than a "geopoint" as only one geometry type is currenly allowed in a form
5	Then the distance is calculated using the distance(location1, location2) function
