The School shall input the competencies of the diagnostic tests per subject area and per grade level in the pre-created sheet (ACADEMIC).

On the Academic sheet, select the subject from the dropdown button on cell B2.

After selecting the subject/course, input the total number of test takers on cell B4.

Input the number of the correct response per item.

This form will automatically compute the number of Incorrect Response, MPS, Mean and Rank.

Save the file and rename it with the respective grade level. Then, duplicate the file to input the information needed for other grade levels. Do this for the rest of the grade levels.
