Testing Transparency Notification

At the beginning of each school year, a district that receives Title 1- Part A funds will notify the parents of students attending Title 1 –Part A schools that the parents may request, and the district will provide the parents on requests, information regarding any State or district policy regarding student participation in any assessment mandated by section 1111 (b)(2) and by the State or district, including a policy, procedure, or parental right to opt out of the assessment, where applicable. Please contact your child’s building principal for additional information on student achievement and student assessment.
