9 | Playoff Rosters 1. Effective Date: Playoff rosters will take effect on Apr. 14, beginning with Elimination Night. A roster check will be conducted at that time. 2. Waiver Requirement: Any player who has not signed the Waiver of Negligence is ineligible to participate. 3. Team Eligibility: Players are permitted to compete on only one Tuesday team. Participation on multiple teams will result in forfeiture of all matches played. 4. Roster Consistency: Once established on Apr. 14, players must remain with the same team on both Apr. 14 & 21.
