State ReportingRead to Achieve - Since BOG is not a Good Cause Exemption, should all students that did not pass the BOG have a RTA program started then we just end date/exit at the end of the year for all other students based on their different GCE pathways/performance? Do you recommend making 1 SS calendar for ES at that ES? For HS, if we graduate them from the Summer school calendar, will it reflect that school as the graduating school? If so, should we instead make a SS calendar for EVERY HS that has a student in Summer School?Elementary summer school students can be grouped and enrolled at one summer school attached to the school where they attend the summer school program. High school summer school students can also be enrolled in one summer school attached to the school where they attend. However, graduates from summer school must have an enrollment in a summer school attached to the school where they will graduate from with an End Status of W6. If they have attended a school for summer school that they will not be graduating from, the enrollment at the non-graduating summer school will need to have an end status of W1. The enrollment at the school they are graduating from can be created automatically by the Event and Action from the Summer Education Program. Based on this understanding, the student’s current enrollment record should reflect whether the student was retained, promoted, or graduated at the end of the school year. If a student attends summer school for instruction, the Summer Education Program would then capture the student’s end-of-summer status using the appropriate promoted, retained, or graduated exit status for the summer enrollment. Ensuring the future year enrollment record reflects the correct grade level allows the report to identify the student’s beginning-of-year status appropriately. SchedulingI am writing from public charter school: Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmingtion. In collaboration with Cape Fear Community College, we are offering TDP 110 and DFT 154 (Sem. 1) and TDP 110 (Sem. 2) in 2026-27. These courses are on CFCC's Mechanical Engineering Technology - 3D Printing Pathway (CTE) . These courses pop up in Infinite Campus Course Masters as on the Disabled Course Catalog. I don't see these courses on the 2026-2027 Course Code Master list, but I do not see the courses on the 26-27 Master Course Code list. How do I proceed? Also, suspeneded for the first semester 26-27.According to the discipline manual, https://www.dpi.nc.gov/data-reports/discipline-alp-and-dropout-data, a student that is suspended for the remainder of the year for 11 days or more, the resolution type should be 004: OSS for Remainder of School Year. When assigning the resolution, the Attendance Code of 3: Out -of-School suspension should be assigned for the remainder of the school days. If the student is suspended for less than 11 days, the resolution type should be 003: OSS and the corresponding 3: Out-of-school Suspension attendance code. GradingHow to remove dropped courses from the report card or are they to stay? I had some students that moved mid year to a different class and the dropped class grade for Q1&2 are still showing on the report card. Enrollment/End EnrollmentWe have students enrolled in one school that need to graduate from another school. Do we withdraw from the current school and enroll in the graduating school before the last day of school?If a non diploma granting high school needs to transfer a student to another high school to graduate, please follow these steps: 1. Finalize the student's record at the non-diploma granting high school (ie posting grades, entering discipline, finalizing attendance, etc). 2. End enrollment for the student at the non-diploma granting high school one day prior to the end of the school year. 3. If so, how do we know what program to select?The Academic Plan Progress Batch Report (Student Information>Program Administration>Academic Plan Progress Batch Report) is available now for users to run if they have tool rights assigned to them. It is a PSU decision about who is responsible for adding/verifying the academic and/or graduation plans that are assigned to a student.
