City is waiving late fees on city services

District Court is staying all landlord-tenant cases, and is not allowing notices to produce (which starts the clock for things like warrants, default, license suspension, and late fees)
A lot of people are 1099 workers
and want to know what they're
eligible for, awaiting information
for those folks.
Are you seeing predatory practices
such as price-gouging, scams related to
the potential stimulus payments, etc.?
Are you figuring out what to do with the
unbanked if they get stimulus checks?
We were working with a credit union
partner to look at doing a pop-up
account opening, but with todays
stay-at-home order that's probably out
of the question.
