Digital Calendar Quick Guide

The Digital Calendar will help you track your emails and social media posts. Use this calendar to plan ahead and align your team on content and messaging for the week. You can asign an owner to each post or a sender. For additional information, see our Digital Media Calendar Guide.

The calendar has been populated with major holidays and dates. You should add in dates such as voter registration deadline, vote by mail application deadline, vote by mail ballot drop, start of early vote, and mail-in ballot deadline.

Add rows to populate your own content. Create a new row for each media source. For example, if you're posting about Pride on Facebook, Twitter, and over email, create a new line for each of those posts.

Track your themes for each week. It's helpful to categorize your posts and asks in terms of Message, Fundraising, and Volunteer Mobilizing.

Assign senders or posters by tagging people
