Purpose of this Guide
2
This guide is meant to provide a framework and guideline for different levels of Capital Advisors at StackSource. It's not a one-time guide of things to do then you can relax because you've made it. These are the expected skills, habits, and responsibilities of those who are most likely to find success at each level.

This list of skills and responsibilities should not be considered exhaustive. The Capital Advisor role is successful when it results in fees generated and clients retained over the long term.

Minimum eligibility for promotion requires:
- Achieving the minimum fees expected for the next level over a trailing 12 month period.
- Maintain a sufficient weighted pipeline indicating continued achievement of that level.
- Showcase every behavior expected of a Capital Advisor at that level over a reasonable period of time.
- Align well with StackSource's core values (below).
