Cup 1: nice fruit but has both slightly underlying vegetal quality in the back of the palate with a lingering roastiness in the finish. Cup 2: juicy, winey, but also herbaceous and mildly spicy. Nice coffee, not preferred flavor profile though. Cup 3: really clean flavor articulation, nice caramels and balanced malic acidity, v. sweet, finish slightly murky, Cup 4: Juicy berries and crunch berry flavors, black grape, v. sweet, v. clean finish for a natural esp., really nice coffee

Cup 1: Very clean, syrupy body, soft fruit, but pronounced acidity on first sip that immediately warmed into very pleasing acidity. Cup 2: juicy fruit deliciousness. Flavor profile of a natural but so clean it very well may be washed. Cup 3: sharp acidity out of balance with other aspects of flavor, bell pepper like quality behind more obvious citric qualities that detracts from coffee. Cup 4: Beautiful, floral, stonefruit, delicate and balanced. Cup 5: so dense and juicy. Rich berries and chocolate. Another beautiful natural. These cofffes were all very impressive.

Cup 1: really balanced up front with big winey flavors, likely Kenyan. Lots of black currant in this one. Up front balance gives way to slightly astringent acidity in the finish - acidity more present in finish than in front of cup. Cup 2: Similarly big flavored as the first, though acidity is more balanced throughout the cup. Juicy flavors of blackberry and slightly floral. Nice mouthfeel on this one. Cup 3: Big flavors, yuzu, sour peach, bergamot, floral and perfumey. Gorgeous coffee.

Cup 1: really balanced! Lots of caramels and chocolate anchored by smooth acidity, orange, and cocoa in the finish. Cup 2: The florals are just beautiful. Jasmine, rose, coffee blossom, with peach and apricot and dark chocolate. Cup 3: red and black currants, punchy but not harsh, sort of uniform in flavor but enjoyable nonetheless.

Cup 1: flat, all chocolate and roasty qualities. Bitter forward. Cup 2: Similar to the last cup though less bitter keeping balance higher. Relatively unexciting though Cup 3: Probably a kenyan coffee, all the dense fruit is covered up by harsh chocolate and roasty notes. Cup 4: Slightly floral, soft fruit, less roasty but still present. Unexciting.

Cup 1: moldy, funky fruit, defect laden. Some nice flavors but they're competing with funky harsh herbaceous qualities. Primarily green defects Cup 2: Nice fruitiness and some floral qualities but they're a little muddied and murky. Coffee has potential but tastes buried. Floral qualities are slightly soapy. Cup 3: Peanuts, big body, lightly sweet. Chocolate and a little cherry.
