http://www.mec.caIt's Mountain Equipment Company now (not a co-op anymore). Get parts and clothes here for cheap. What more can be said?Avoid their bikes, far too overpriced for the components you get. (However, their customer service and guarantee on parts and operation is worth it. I've gone in many times for a tweak here and a fix there, and they never charge me and are always happy to help. They have some newer affordable bikes, too, and it's worth the little more, I find.)

The best shop in the city for RecumbentsA well stocked, knowlegable shop with good mechanics and lots of parts. Not cheap. It's a co-op, and staff (sorry, worker-owners) are dedicated to that concept. No boss or manager to complain to though, so your mileage may vary with politeness. They are also not suck-ups and won't negotiate on price, beyond what's posted.

"We carry road, fixie, commuter hybrid, cruiser, mountain and fat bikes. Redeem one free tune up per year with every new bicycle purchase! We have a whole adjacent store devoted to parts, accessories and clothing for cycling and skiing in all seasons.
Maybe it's just me but personally, I don't like the sales staff here. I think their service staff are top-notch and decent folks, but I've had multiple negative experiences with their sales staff bwing pushy, unhelpful, or even downright aggressive/angry. They seem severely understaffed, but that's no excuse.
