Any additional information on proposal TAC, when you expect to hear back, etc (if known). For example, NOIRLab TAC, likely hear back in May or June. If this is not a formal TAC, you can also note that here.

Time awarded 2022/06/24
LCO 1m Network
LCO Sinistro camera, FLI autoguiders
3x3.75=11.5 Time Critical hours (for impact), 12 hours of reconnaissance light curves
2022-09-26 to 2022-09-27 (post impact fast frame rate imaging)
Data will be reduced through a combination of LCO's BANZAI and the NEOexchange pipeline with photometrypipeline as backup to produce reduced photometry.
Test 6 & 3hr lightcurves of Didymos were observed at end of July 2022 and delivered to DART SOC.Test of fast frame rate imaging to be carried out in August and September.
This time (LCO Proposal Code LCO2022B-006) is in addition to the DART contracted time

Very informal proposal process, using ESA guaranteed time. More a question of feasibility. First observation to happen on 3 Sept.
Antarctic Search for Transiting ExoPlanets (ASTEP), Concordia Station, Antartica
ASTEP red camera
At least 1 reference light curve before impact, monitoring after impact until end of visibility (first days of October)
First Observations on 3 September
First preliminary light curve reduction by observer at Concordia station. This is mandated by limited downlink capability at Antarctica. ASTEP team at OCA will support PI in final data reduction.
First observation on 3 September is considered test. It will result in a ~6 hours light curve if everything goes well.
Telescope generally used for exoplanet transits. S/N of 100 proven for mag 15. TBD if it will be achieved for moving target.
