- Students will reflect on their own social identities, how they intersect, and how they influence their perspectives and experiences.
- Students will gain a deeper understanding of how intersecting identities (e.g., race, gender, sexuality, disability, class) shape the experiences and perspectives of incoming first years.
- Students will be equipped with the skills needed to effectively support incoming first years from an intersectional perspective, contributing to an inclusive and equitable environment.
