* Important Notes About Servicing Roles...
81
* Where instructions above say [Role1], [Role2], etc., please replace with the titles of the corresponding Servicing Role folders in the Epic report layout builder. Role names are customized for every instance of Epic so we don't know what your role names are, but you do!

* Data from the first Servicing Role folder in the layout builder (the highest one listed under "Servicing Roles") will always export as "Servicing Role 1", data from the second folder will always export as Role 2, and so-on. This is important because:

* Roles 1 and 2 are required.
This does not mean any two roles, but specifically the first and second Servicing Role folders listed in the report builder.

* Additional roles may be included if desired but are entirely optional. Fuse currently supports up to role 8 (meaning the 8th Servicing Role folder listed in the report builder).

* No matter how many you incude, only 2 of these roles (whichever 2 you choose) will be mapped as the "Producer" and "Account Rep" in Fuse. Any others you include, however, can be used as criteria for audience segmentation, or as the preferred sender for specific emails, etc.
