List of Universities for Master's Programs in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and a few in Computer Engineering in Germany - Winter 2023

As mentioned in my previous post, I will now attach one file named 'Universities List for CS, SE, AI, DS, CE Programs - Winter 2023,' which I compiled using DAAD. This file contains two sheets:
Sheet 1: List of universities to which I applied along with their decisions.
Sheet 2: List of all universities offering programs in MS CS, SE, AI, DS, and a few in CE.
Although my degree was quite similar to Computer Science, I didn't get to study theoretical CS courses. Obtaining acceptance for a Master's in the CS domain seems challenging for a non-CS (CE/ECE/EE) graduate in Germany because most of these graduates have not studied theoretical CS courses only. Most of the universities ended up rejecting my applications, stating that my Bachelor's degree was not fully relevant to the programs I was applying for (MS CS, SE, AI, DS).

My Profile:
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
University: COMSATS University Islamabad (Graduated: August 2022)
CGPA: 3.43/4.00
German Grade: 1.8
IELTS: 7.5 (L: 7.5, R: 7.5, W: 6.5, S: 7.5)
Work Experience: Null
Gap: 1 year 12 days (at the time of interview)
Certification: Udemy - The Web Developer Bootcamp 2023
In total, I applied to 22 universities.
Acceptances: 5
Rejections: 16 (Yes, you read that right)
Awaiting Response: 1
I recommend applying to all online universities that don't require an application fee. You just need to submit an application. If you can afford it, apply to multiple universities through uni assist as well. If any university requires a test and an interview, don't shy away from applying there too because you will definitely be evaluated based on the test and/or interview if you meet most, if not all, of the eligibility requirements.
I am grateful that Allah has been kind to me and I managed to secure admissions despite 16 rejections.
In my opinion, while it's true that the chances of rejection are high due to just 2-3 courses, it is not impossible to secure admission in the CS domain with a non-CS (ECE/EE/CE) background.
How can one improve their chances for admission in this specific case?
Achieve a CGPA of 3.7 or higher.
Gain a few years of work experience in the CS field.
Please note that these are just my opinions.
NOTE:
Not all of these courses are offered in the Summer session.
This list includes only universities with no GRE requirement.
Please remember that these deadlines are for Winter 2023 and may vary over time.
The sheets are sorted according to Winter 2023 deadlines.
There is a possibility that I may have missed a few programs by mistake or that some new courses could be introduced by the universities for upcoming sessions.
Admission criteria, such as IELTS scores and other factors, can always change over time, so please refer to DAAD using the links provided in these files.

I couldn't find many detailed posts regarding this matter when I was applying, so this is the primary reason for posting this. Hope this helps!
Edit 1: For those with lower CGPAs, especially those with a BS in CE/ECE/EE, pursuing a master's in the CS field would be more challenging. If it's your passion, go for it. However, you should consider applying to relevant MS programs as backup options if your primary goal is to study in Germany.
To maximize your chances with a lower CGPA:
Apply to as many universities as possible as early as you can.
Gain a few years of experience in the CS domain.
Score exceptional in IELTS.
Write a strong Letter of Motivation (LOM).
