1. We coach/safety launch ourselves and either cox ourselves or hire youth coxes if available. We share these duties based on our abilities, e.g., can we fit in the coxswain's seat, are qualified to drive the launch.

2. We need at least 6 for coach, cox and the remainder to make a 4, but the more the merrier to fill bigger boats.

3. Cost is nominal, for cox fees and is $0 to $4 depending on number of rowers

4. Rowers not registered for the current season are welcome with a signed waiver required, at an additional $15 cost per session to sit in.

5. When we hit the minimum number of 6 including coxswain and someone with a key, we then all know it is a go, and we can keep on adding rowers after that.

6. If you know of a youth rower who can cox and is available, include their name below with ”cox.” We'll try to spread the coxing work around those who are available. Pay is $20 for cox.

7. We'll need someone who has a key to the boathouse to open and lock up after.
