Items/Duties:
83
Request 4 6-ft. tables from Sue Fisher in office, 2 power strips from Linda Fox, Fishbowl unlocked by 6 am. Coaches reserve room.
84
Papergoods: plates, napkins, silverwear, hot cups, cold cups: Cara O'Malley will bring from Waneka concessions
85
Table cloths for 6 ft tables: Cara O'Malley will bring from Waneka concessions
86
Serving spoons, tongs, cutting board, knife, extra bowls, baskets, serving platters
87
Notes to remember: cook along south wall (north wall outlet blows), double buffet along north wall, drinks on table along east wall. South wall outlets also blew circuits last year. The key is to not overload any one outlet -- so a power strip feeding two or more griddles to one outlet is not a good idea.
