1	EdTech Inventory (MA EdTech Peer Learning Cohort)
2	Please fill in this spreadsheet with the tools/platforms/apps that your district currently uses to support teaching and learning. Please only include the paid tools or popular free ones (don't need to include the one-off free tools that one teacher may be trying out). A description of some of the columns are provided below, along with some examples. If your district has a significantly large number of tools, please only list up to 50. This inventory will help us get a better sense of what your district has in its portfolio and how we can better support your team. Additionally, cohort teams will be able to view each other's tech inventory so they can collaborate around selection, implementation, and/or evaluation of specific tools. Please make a copy of the next tab and rename to your district/school system name. Then fill in as much as you can. NOTE: If you are using a system such as LearnPlatform or Lightspeed Systems (formerly known as CatchOn) that already tracks these tools and their usage, or if you have already utilized the METAA data dashboard, please feel free to generate a report from there instead and share that with our team via email.

13		LMS	Learning Management System
14		Assessment	A tool/platform that provides formative or summative data on a student's understanding or mastery of content.
15		Curriculum	A tool/platform that provides grade-level content for students and/or teachers.
16		Supplemental	A tool/platform that supports students with content understanding or mastery, such as practicing skills, application of concepts, etc.
17		Instruction	A tool/platform that provides teachers/staff with various ways of presenting content to students.
18		Administration	A tool/platform used to manage tasks, workflow, communication, student support, etc. Used primarily by district administrators and/or school staff, and sometimes by students (depending on the platform).
19		SSO	An authentication service that enables users to securely access multiple applications and websites.

22		Medium	Department-wide tool, used in a few schools, utilized by a group of teachers, etc.
23		High	District-wide tool, very popular tool that most teachers/staff are using, etc.

33	Talking Points	K-8	Administration	Low	Two-way multilingual communication system between staff and families	Implemented this year. Only a few teachers are currently using this. Others still prefer one-way newsletters since it's an easeier lift and/or haven't had time to learn a new tool.
