HOW TO USE THIS SPREADSHEET:

1. Capture data about your clients on the "Clients" tab. Be detailed with the source so if the client was referred, add in the referral sources name.

2. Capture data about your prospects on the "Prospects" tab. Be detailed with the source so if the prospect was referred, add in the referral sources name.

3. Copy and paste the information of Clients and Prospects who were referred and add them to the "Combined" tab

This gives you your Master List of Existing Referral Sources (along with who they referred).

4. If you then want a cleaned up version of the Referral Source list - move the info on the combined tab to the "Master" tab and remove any duplicates of Referral Sources
