Bracket Tie Breaker Rules: In case of bracket ties - FINA rules will apply.
32
Tie Breaker System โ€“ Two Teams:
33
If the point totals of two teams are the same, head-to-head competition will be used to determine the higher seed.
34
If these teams are tied in head-to-head competition, the goal differential in their games is used to break the tie.
35
If the goal differential in their contests against one another is the same, then fewest goals allowed between their contests with each other will be used.
36
If still tied, we will use goals scored and if still tied, the team that won most recently will be seeded higher.
37
38
Tie Breaker System โ€“ Three or More Teams:
39
If more than two teams are tied in points, goal differential amongst the teams tied serves as the tiebreaker to determine the best team within the group until only two teams remain.
40
The final two teams use their head-to-head results to break the tie. If the top two teams based on goal differentials are tied, the tie is broken with the results of their head-to-head competition.
41
If the goal differential among all teams tied is the same, the fewest goals allowed in the games amongst the tied serves as the tiebreaker to determine the best team within the group until only two teams remain.
42
The final two teams use their head-to-head results to break the tie. If that is also tied, we will flip a coin to determine the highest seed of the three and the remaining two teams will use the tie-breaker system explained above.
43
44
Brutalities:
45
The call will result in a penalty throw and a 4-minute exclusion. Further, if a player is called for a brutality, he or she will be out for the remainder of that game and the rest of the tournament.
46
Further, if a player is called for a brutality, he or she will be out for the remainder of that game and five subsequent games.
47
However, teams can appeal the call with video evidence. Video can be submitted to the FWPL committee.
48
The committee can determine if the act of brutality was not called correctly by the official and the punishment can be removed or lessened.
49
50
Club Transfers:
51
At the beginning of each season, players who have changed clubs do not need to comply with the sit-out period.
52

53
director regarding the transfer. Please send all transfer requests to dustin.litvak@gmail.com.
54
55
