2. Do not modify any green colored cells!2Enter information about your classes: class code, class title, type (if applicable), quarter, year, possible credit, and grade earned.

4Information for type, quarter, year, possible credit, and grade earned should be carefully selected by using a drop down menu.

5Your common learnings, choice, path, and total credits will all be totaled automatically.

6Check the accuracy of information on each tab.

7View your credit summary by clicking on the summary tab and credit summary graph tab.

8Plan your graduation by filling in cell B20 on the summary tab with the number of quarters you have left till graduation.
